JAYCEE DUGARD’S FIRST PHOTO AFTER KIDNAPPING

66

Jaycee Dugard, who was abducted 18 years ago in California when she was 11, tells People in an exclusive interview that she is “so happy to be back with my family.”

The magazine says Dugard is living in seclusion with her mother, Terry Probyn, and the two daughters – Angel, 15, and Starlit, 11 – fathered by her alleged kidnapper, Phillip Garrido.

She tells the magazine that she rides horses, cooks and is thinking of collaborating on a book.

This story gave me chills, it is such a tragedy, it brings tears to my eyes and I want to offer my heart and prayers for Jaycee and her family. It sounds like they are getting a lot of help and support from the people who can offer the best help, which is about the only thing in this entire situation that offers me some comfort. I feel if a movie is made on this incredible story that it will offer more support and information for people to protect their children, and to be aware of neighbors illegal activities. I think it would also help the family financially.
