Two busty models from a Hooters restaurant are up in arms about having to pay for their famous skimpy uniforms.
Curvy waitresses Gina Rosati and Amy Frederick, who work in a Long Island, New York, branch of the raunchy chain, have filed a law suit against the company for failing to reimburse them around $20 for their skimpy Hooters outfits.
Filing their case in Brooklyn federal court last week, the two women are looking to get the $5 ‘Dolphin’ shorts, $6 Lycra tank top, $3 shiny beige pantyhose, $4 pouch and $3 white socks they paid for given back to them.
Under New York state law, an employer is required to provide a uniform for its staff if they cannot wear their own clothes.
“Hooters of Long Island requires its waitresses to purchase and wear a nationally recognisable uniform,” attorney Louis Pechman, for the women, wrote in the lawsuit.

Well that’s dumb of the company to make them pay when it’s state law to supply the uniforms!
Even though it’s only 20 bucks I’d still be pissed to have to pay!
Wow,they look awesome!
I wish Hooters would give an option on their unifrom or stop hiring waitresses that have asses fatter than my wife’s. How about skorts for those 5 foot 2 inch 150 pound linebackers.
